Gary Rosen, Esq., is the founding attorney and partner at Rosen Law LLC.
Unlike most attorneys, Gary is a strategist who approaches every transaction and litigation matter by forming a game plan from beginning to end, using regularly employed methods, as well as uncommon methods, to achieve the client’s objectives.
Gary focuses his practice on complex litigation in the fields of contract, real estate, construction, probate and estate, labor (including Fair Labor Standards Act) and commercial litigation. Gary has specific expertise in the fields of commercial and residential real estate transactions and condominium law, both as an attorney and as a former real estate developer in New York City, which was Gary’s career for over 15 years before he was sworn in as an attorney.
Gary has over 25 years of practical experience developing, purchasing, and leasing real estate and working in the construction industry, as Gary owned a general construction and real estate development company with many commercial and residential projects successfully developed across New York City in his former career.
He uses a combination of industry-specific knowledge and legal experience to assist clients within a wide spectrum of legal applications. In addition to his law degree, Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking, Finance, and Investments, which helps our clients understand the long-term, and not just the short-term, benefits and detriments to any transaction or litigation.
